Provide true, accurate and complete registration information. Safeguard your account, password, verification codes and other credentials. You are responsible for consequences arising from voluntary disclosure, improper storage or authorizing others to use your account.
Do not use Jingdian to violate laws or others’ rights, spread false or harmful information, disrupt platform operations, bypass security, scrape data in bulk or engage in other improper conduct.
3. Content and intellectual property
Using Jingdian does not change ownership of lawful rights in brand materials, text, images, logos, product information or other content you upload, enter or submit. Ensure that you have the right to upload, use and edit the content and authorize its processing.
You authorize Jingdian to store, process, display, analyze, convert and generate derivative results from your content as necessary to provide the service. Without your authorization, we will not proactively provide your private brand materials to unrelated third parties.
Jingdian’s interfaces, technical architecture, code, brand marks, documentation and service design are legally protected. Without permission, users may not copy, reverse engineer, sell, sublicense or use them for competitive purposes.
4. Generated content and publication
Generated strategies, visual suggestions, copy, descriptions, asset structures and other results may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to third-party content or unsuitable for a particular commercial use. Users must review them before publication, commercial use or distribution.

5. Changes and restrictions
We may suspend, limit or adjust services for maintenance, upgrades, network failures, third-party disruptions, policy changes or security needs. We will seek to minimize the impact on users.
For accounts or content that violate these terms, pose security risks or may harm the platform or others, Jingdian may issue warnings, restrict features, suspend services, remove violating content or terminate accounts.
