Consumer Rights Protection Statement
Last updated: November 4, 2026
Jingdian provides brand Merchants with technology and operations tools; the seller of the goods and services is the Merchant itself. To help you clearly determine where responsibility lies and safeguard your rights, we explain as follows.
1. Who This Statement Applies To
When you purchase goods or services in a brand Mini Program, app, or online storefront technically supported by Jingdian, the seller that concludes the sales contract with you is the business entity disclosed in that store (hereinafter the “Merchant”), not Hangzhou Jingxi Technology Co., Ltd. Jingdian provides the Merchant with technical services such as brand management, content generation, and business operations tools.
This Statement informs you who bears responsibility in a transaction, against whom to assert your rights when problems arise, and what assistance Jingdian can provide in the process.
2. Disclosure of the Business Entity and Contact Information
The Merchant shall display its entity name, business address, contact information, and relevant license information in a prominent position on its store pages. Please review this disclosure before placing an order and keep the product page, order, and communication records.
If you find that a store does not disclose its entity information, or that the disclosed information does not match the actual operator, please report it to us through Jingdian's feedback entry; we will verify the matter and take restrictive measures against the relevant technical support.
3. Shipping and Performance
Shipping deadlines, delivery methods, acceptance standards, and service performance commitments follow the rules published by the Merchant on the product page and any separate arrangements between you and the Merchant. The Merchant shall provide the goods or services as agreed and shall ensure that the goods meet the requirements for safeguarding personal and property safety.
For customized or pre-sale goods, the Merchant shall set out the production period and delivery milestones on the page; please confirm them before ordering.
4. Returns and Refunds
Goods sold online are subject by law to the seven-day no-reason return right for online purchases, except for goods made to the consumer's specification, fresh and perishable goods, digital goods delivered by online transmission or download, delivered newspapers and periodicals, and other cases where the law provides that the right does not apply; the product page states the exact scope of application.
If goods have quality problems, do not match the description, or lack the required qualifications, you may in accordance with law demand a return, exchange, repair, or compensation. Refunds are returned via the original payment channel; for processing timeframes, see the Refund and Invoicing Rules.
Responsibility for return shipping costs in no-reason returns is determined by law and the Merchant's published rules; please confirm the return address and packaging requirements with the Merchant before returning goods.
5. Invoices and Receipts
Invoices are issued by the party that actually receives the payment. When you buy the Merchant's goods or services, request the invoice from that Merchant; service fees and AI credits you pay to Jingdian are invoiced by Hangzhou Jingxi Technology Co., Ltd. Under no circumstances will Jingdian issue invoices for a Merchant's sales proceeds.
For invoice handling when an order is refunded or its amount changes, see the Refund and Invoicing Rules.
6. Jingdian's Assistance and Remedial Actions
After-sales requests should first be raised with the Merchant. If you do not receive reasonable handling through the Merchant's channels, you may submit a complaint through Jingdian's feedback entry, attaching your order information and communication records; we will log the complaint, pass it to the Merchant, and track its progress.
For Merchants and their goods suspected of violating laws or regulations, false advertising, operating without a license, or failing to address consumer complaints over a long period, Jingdian may take measures such as delisting products, restricting display, suspending proxy publishing, or terminating technical support, and will keep records of the handling. Such measures neither exempt nor replace the Merchant's own legal responsibility.
Jingdian does not take part in determining the specific compensation amount between the Merchant and you, and assumes no guarantee liability for the Merchant's performance.
7. Protection of Personal Information
When the Merchant collects information such as the recipient's name, phone number, and address to perform the contract, the Merchant shall inform you of the purposes and methods of processing. As an entrusted processor, Jingdian handles the relevant data only to the extent necessary to provide the tooling services and will not use it for purposes unrelated to your transaction.
You have choices over the processing of your account information, browsing data, and usage statistics; see the Privacy Policy and the statistics preference settings within the pages for details.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between you and the Merchant may be resolved through negotiation; if negotiation fails, you may request mediation by a consumer association or another mediation organization established according to law, file a complaint with the market regulation authority, apply for arbitration under an arbitration agreement, or bring an action before the people's court with jurisdiction.
Disputes involving Jingdian's own services are handled under the Terms of Service and this Statement.
