Refund and Invoicing Rules

Last updated: November 4, 2026

These Rules explain, for the service fees and AI credits collected by Jingdian and for the sales proceeds collected by Merchants themselves, the respective refund conditions, processing timeframes, and invoicing entities.

1. First, Tell the Two Payments Apart#

There are two fundamentally different kinds of receipts on the platform. The first is the technical service fees and AI credits you pay to Jingdian, received by Hangzhou Jingxi Technology Co., Ltd. The second is the amounts consumers pay for goods or services within a Merchant's Mini Program, app, or online storefront, received by the Merchant itself.

Refund and invoicing responsibility always follows the receiving party. Amounts received by Jingdian are refunded and invoiced by Jingdian; sales proceeds received by the Merchant are refunded and invoiced by the Merchant. Jingdian neither handles nor collects those funds and therefore cannot refund or invoice on the Merchant's behalf.

2. Refund Rules for AI Credits#

AI credits are used to invoke third-party generation services in real time. Once credits are consumed according to your instruction, the corresponding computing cost has already been incurred, so consumed credits are non-refundable. Consumption records and the related tasks can be checked in the credit details.

Unconsumed credits may be refunded via the original payment channel within 7 calendar days from the date the purchase succeeds; if an invoice has already been issued for that order, the invoice must first be returned, or you must cooperate in completing a red-letter reversal, before the refund is made.

Credits consumed due to platform failures, duplicate deductions, or tasks that produced no result will, once verified, be refunded or reissued accordingly, and are not subject to the time limit in the preceding paragraph.

3. Refund Rules for Plans and Service Fees#

A plan may be cancelled before it officially takes effect, with a full refund via the original payment channel. For a plan already in effect, a complete billing cycle not yet started may be refunded; for the current cycle, the used portion is pro-rated by actual days of use and the remainder refunded.

If a paid capability remains continuously unavailable for an entire cycle due to reasons attributable to Jingdian, we will either refund the corresponding fee proportionally to the duration of unavailability or extend the service period, at your choice.

If the service is suspended or terminated because you violated the platform rules, the handling of unused portions follows this Agreement and the Terms of Service, and we will retain a verifiable record of the calculation.

4. Refunds for Merchant Orders#

Refund rules for a Merchant's goods are set and published by the Merchant and must not fall below the standards required by law (including the seven-day no-reason return right for online purchases). Refunds are returned to consumers through the Merchant's own receiving account via the original payment channel.

If a refund process is initiated through the order management or after-sales ticket capabilities that Jingdian provides, Jingdian offers operation records and workflow assistance, while the movement of funds still completes within the Merchant's payment account. Consumers and the Merchant may request operation records from Jingdian regarding the handling progress.

5. Refund Timeframes and Arrival of Funds#

Approved refund requests are submitted to the original payment channel within 1 calendar day; the actual arrival of funds is affected by banks and payment institutions and generally takes 1 to 7 business days. If a refund has not arrived beyond that period, you may query the progress with us using the refund reference number.

The refund processing timeframe for Merchant-side orders follows the Merchant's published rules; if the Merchant fails to act for more than 7 calendar days without explanation, the consumer may file a complaint with Jingdian, and we will relay it and follow up to collect evidence.

6. Invoicing Entity: Whoever Collects the Payment Issues the Invoice#

Invoices for the technical service fees and AI credits you pay to Jingdian are issued by Hangzhou Jingxi Technology Co., Ltd. as the invoicing entity, with the item consistent with the services actually provided.

Amounts consumers pay to the Merchant for goods or services are invoiced by that Merchant itself. Jingdian does not provide an invoicing-on-behalf service for Merchants and never issues invoices in its own name for another party's sales proceeds.

7. Invoice Types, Applications, and Timeframes#

By default Jingdian issues general VAT invoices (electronic invoices preferred). For a special VAT invoice, please provide your general VAT taxpayer qualification information and complete invoicing details.

Invoice requests are submitted through the invoicing entry in your account after an order is completed, and we deliver the invoice within 5 to 10 calendar days once the materials are complete. Only one invoice is issued per order; if the invoicing information is incorrect, you may apply for a reissue.

The invoice amount is the net amount actually paid and not refunded. For cross-period or partial refunds, the post-refund net amount applies.

8. When Invoices Must Be Returned or Reversed#

Where an order is refunded, its amount or item changes, or the invoicing information is wrong, the original invoice must be returned, or you must cooperate in completing the red-letter invoice process, before a new invoice is issued. For special VAT invoices already used for input tax credits, please handle them first in accordance with tax regulations.

We will not process invoicing requests for amounts not actually paid, requests inconsistent with the genuine transaction, or requests to change the item in order to circumvent usage restrictions. Issuing false invoices is unlawful, and neither party may make or cooperate with such a request.

9. Feedback on Issues#

Refund and invoicing issues may be submitted through the feedback entry in your account or the contact details published on the pages; please state the order number, payment time, and your specific request in the ticket. We respond on business days and keep a record of the handling process.

Where these Rules differ from a later published notice or an individual agreement, the specific agreement entered into earlier prevails; where laws or regulations provide mandatory rules otherwise, those provisions apply.
