Last updated: November 4, 2026
This policy describes how we collect, use, store, share and protect your information, and how you can manage your information.
1. Information we collect
When you register, sign in or use Jingdian, we may collect information you provide, including your phone number, username, encrypted password data, brand name and description, logos, visual assets, product information, uploaded files and other content you enter.
To maintain service availability, security and usability, we may automatically collect necessary technical information, including access times, browser and device details, IP addresses, activity and page access logs, error logs, and information from cookies or similar technologies.
2. How we use information
We use this information for registration, sign-in, identity verification, managing brand information, generating content, displaying assets, customer support, maintenance, security and risk control, product improvements, and other reasonable purposes permitted by law.
When you use AI generation, analysis or organization features, the platform may send the brand materials, prompts or context you select to the model or technical services needed to provide that feature.
3. Sharing and delegated processing
We do not sell your personal information or private brand materials. We share only necessary information to deliver services, comply with laws, respond to regulators, protect users or the platform, resolve disputes, or with your authorization.
Third parties may help provide cloud, SMS, payment, storage, analytics or AI model services. We require them to process information only to the extent reasonably necessary and to apply appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
4. Storage and security
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes of this policy, unless law requires otherwise or you authorize additional retention. After that period, we delete, anonymize or otherwise process it in compliance with law.
We use reasonable safeguards such as access controls, encrypted storage, log audits and permission isolation. Online systems cannot be completely secure. You should safeguard your credentials and manage public content carefully.
5. Your rights
You may access, correct, supplement or delete your account and brand information in accordance with law. Where supported, you may also manage public visibility, withdraw authorization or close your account.
We process deletion and closure requests within a reasonable time, taking legal requirements, platform security, transactions and dispute resolution into account. Some backups, logs or legally required records may be retained for the necessary period.
6. Minors and policy updates
Jingdian is primarily for brand operators, designers, team members and business users with the legal capacity to use the service. Minors must obtain their guardian’s consent before use.
We may update this policy as products, laws or operational needs change. We will notify you on the site or by other reasonable means. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
